Shipping policy
All orders are processed within 2 business days (including weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
We show an estimated shipping cost in your cart based on the shipping provider you choose. We use as first option Canada Post rates to specific Postal Codes and shipping method and assumes all items in your cart are going to a single address. There is also Purolator, UPS and DHL. We will not be responsible for delays once items have shipped due to service interruptions by carrier, other major weather events and holiday closures that impact mail delivery as these are out of our control.

Deliveries are made from between the hours of 10 A.M. to 3 P.M. on week days excluding weekends. We will contact you via text message using the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

International Shipments:
Orders shipped abroad may be delayed due to Customs controls.
We offer international shipping to all countries.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Our Online Shopify Store automatic currency detection and conversion.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Jamaican Naturals is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the specified days depending on the method of shipment you chose and of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at

Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Only Canada Post and USPS allow shipping mail and parcels to PO Boxes. You can ship packages to PO Box addresses through Canada Post using its Xpresspost ™
